We’re looking for a proactive Freight Operations Coordinator to join our growing team in Manchester.
You’ll play a key role in managing European road freight operations, ensuring smooth end-to-end coordination of shipments, excellent customer communication, and compliance with all customs and logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate European road freight shipments efficiently and accurately.

• Communicate effectively with customers, partners, and carriers.

• Prepare and manage customs documentation and freight paperwork.

• Use freight forwarding software to track and manage deliveries.

• Work closely with colleagues to ensure a high standard of service and problem resolution.

Requirements

• 2–3 years’ experience in European road freight forwarding.

• Strong understanding of freight operations and customs procedures.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Experience using freight management systems/software.

• Team-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven.
